Study Notes
The Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County services the Florida Jewish communities of Boca Raton and Delray Beach, which are located in the southern portion of Palm Beach County. The Main Report and the Summary Report for 2005 are available, as is an extensive series of Slides which summarize the study results.

The Data Bank has also archived the Jewish community study reports for 1995 for the South Palm Beach area.

Topics covered in 2005 include population growth, geographic distribution, demographic characteristics, religious profile, Jewish communal organization connections, Jewish education, Jewish agencies and social service needs, Israel, anti-Semitism, philanthropy and data on Holocaust survivors and children of Holocaust victims.

PLEASE NOTE: The Reports on South Palm Beach County should be understood in the broader context of the total Palm Beach County Jewish community, which is served by two Jewish federations: (1) the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County and (2) the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County, which serves the "West Palm Beach" Jewish communities from Boynton Beach to Jupiter, the northern and western sections of the county. The Data Bank has also archived the 2005 Jewish community study of "West Palm Beach," as well as earlier studies.
