Main Report [PDF] provides a Summary of Findings for the 2000 and 2006 Congresses, and a basic introduction to the analytical process used.
In order to allow for replication in the future, Dr. Paul also provided the summary data for all Congressional Districts [CD], and the calculations used for the estimates.
All six excel files are zipped into "Supplemental Spreadsheets."
There are several excel files for 2000: Appendix A organizes Jewish estimates for all CDs by State, while Appendix B organizes Jewish CD estimates by Jewish Population Size;
Detailed calculations are presented in "3...Zip Code 2000" which gives details on zip code calculations used for the CD estimates, while "4...County 106th..." gives details on county-wide estimates used.
Some additional explanation is provided in "Estimation Notes" [PDF] for the 2000 calculation process.
2006 estimates are presented in a similar pattern. Appendices C and D provide overall CD Jewish estimates by State and by Size of the Jewish population, the additional excels provide details on calculations for the 2006 estimates by CD, and brief additional information on calculations for 2006 is included in PDF format.
